The Arizona Home Protection Service Plan is a service agreement that covers the repair or replacement of covered home systems and appliances in the event of a mechanical or electrical breakdown during the coverage period. This is not an insurance policy.
Coverage begins on the Service Plan Effective Date, which is listed on your Coverage Summary. A 30-day waiting period applies before any claims can be made. This waiting period is added to the end of your coverage term.
The coverage period is one year, starting from your Service Plan Effective Date and ending on your Service Plan Expiration Date, as shown in your Coverage Summary. The plan can be renewed annually at our discretion.
- Heating & Cooling: Central AC (electric), heat pumps, and heating systems – up to $5,000 per system.
- Ductwork: Repairs up to $3,000.
- Water Heater: Gas, electric, or tankless – up to $5,000.
- Kitchen & Laundry Appliances: Ranges, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers – up to $5,000 each (specific limits vary by appliance).
- Interior Systems: Electrical, plumbing, garage door openers, ceiling fans – limits range $1,000–$5,000.
- Optional coverages for freezers, pool/spa equipment, and more may be purchased within 30 days after the close of escrow.
Yes. Each category has a limit of liability, generally ranging from$1,000 to $5,000 per item/system per coverage period. The plan will not pay more than the fair market value of the covered product. Details are in your Coverage Summary.
There is a $100 fee per trade service request (e.g., plumber or appliance technician). This fee applies even if the service is denied, you cancel an appointment, or the issue is not covered.

- You must report the breakdown immediately and before your plan expires. All repairs must be authorized by the administrator before work begins.
- Pre-existing conditions or improper installation.
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents).
- Acts of God (flood, fire, earthquake).
- Routine maintenance or cleaning.
- Systems outside the home's main foundation (except exterior AC unit).

We may replace the item with a similar unit or offer a cash settlement based on our cost to repair or replace, not retail price. Cosmetic matches, brand, or color are not guaranteed.
- Cancel within 30 days: Full refund if no claims were made.
- After 30 days: Pro-rated refund minus any claims paid.
- The plan can also be canceled by us for non-payment, fraud, or material misrepresentation.
Yes. The plan can be transferred to a new owner of the same property for a one-time $25 fee. It cannot be moved to a new property.
Your plan is administered by OnPoint Warranty Solutions, LLC. Our obligations are insured by Continental Casualty Company, ensuring performance even if we become insolvent.
